As a result of the deregulation of the long distance industry in 1984 and the
local industry in 1996, consumers have been able to choose their service
provider. The end result has been a sharp decrease in prices, along with either
positive or negative customer service experiences, depending on the provider.
UMG’s Telecommunications Management Services
UMG has experience with most telecommunications providers. As a result, we
are aware of the strengths and weaknesses of each provider, as well as the
programs that they can offer their customers. We will provide a comprehensive
review of your current telecommunications services, including local, long
distance, data and internet services.
We will review your services for overcharges and future costs reductions. If
we are able to find said overcharges and future cost reductions, we will review
our recommendations with you. If you decide to implement our
recommendations, we will invoice you 50% of what we saved you. If you decide
not to accept our recommendations, you owe us nothing. There is absolutely no
risk on your part to allow us to review your services. Most importantly, our goal is
not to change your existing provider, unless that is your request. It is to work with
your existing provider and recover overcharges and reduce your costs.
